Regional Manager

Location: As Assigned (Willing to relocate anywhere in Kerala)

Description
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple branches within the assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, revenue growth, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations of up to 6 branches and approximately 60 staff members.
- Monitor branch productivity, profitability, and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive achievement of regional business targets.
- Monitor contributions from Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, and Other Company products.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to Area and Branch Managers.
- Submit periodic performance reports to senior management.
- Identify regional expansion and growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in financial services in similar industry
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role managing multiple branches.
Area Manager
Department: Operations
Reports To: Regional Manager
Location: Assigned Territory (Willing to relocate anywhere in Kerala)

Description
To manage branch operations within a designated area and ensure achievement of business targets through effective supervision and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise up to 3 branches and approximately 30 staff members.
- Support Branch Managers in achieving operational and financial goals.
- Monitor FD, RD, and Insurance product contributions.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular branch performance reviews.
- Identify and capitalize on local business opportunities.
- Report area performance to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Business/Commerce/Finance.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in branch banking or financial services.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Branch Manager
Department: Branch Operations
Reports To: Area Manager
Location: Assigned Branch (Willing to relocate)

Description
Manage daily branch operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth while maintaining compliance and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day branch activities.
- Lead and supervise branch staff.
- Achieve sales targets for FD, RD, and Insurance products.
- Ensure high standards of customer service.
- Monitor branch profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Submit performance reports to the Area Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Commerce/Business/Finance.
- 4–7 years of experience in financial services.
- Experience in branch operations preferred.
Business Development Manager
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Branch Manager / Area Manager
Location: Assigned Region (Willing to relocate)

Description
To drive revenue growth by planning and executing strategic sales initiatives and managing the business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Lead and supervise the business development team.
- Achieve targets for FD, RD, and Insurance products.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor review.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of sales experience in financial services.
- Team handling experience required.
Business Development Executive
Department: Sales
Reports To: Business Development Officer / Branch Manager
Location: Assigned Territory (Will be finalized post interview)

Description
To assist in field sales activities, lead generation, and customer engagement to support business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Explain product features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Support daily sales and collection activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Assist in promotional and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Plus Two with relevant sales experience.
- 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred.
